We want every Scratchlight kit to help you unwind. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Our 30-day calm promise
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or replacement. If your kit arrived damaged or faulty, or it simply isn't right for you, contact us through our contact page and we'll help.
How returns work
- Reach out within 30 days of delivery through our contact page, including your order number.
- For damaged or faulty items, a quick photo helps us resolve it fast — often we'll simply send a replacement.
- Where a return is needed, we'll share instructions. Items should be unused and in their original condition where possible.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Made to order
Each kit is made to order. This doesn't affect your statutory rights or the 30-day promise above — it only means we ask for a little patience on delivery.
