Shipping Policy

Every Scratchlight kit is made to order and shipped tracked.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing & delivery time

Because each kit is made to order, please allow a typical window of 6–12 working days from order to doorstep. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you can follow your order the whole way with the tracking link we send you.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimate, contact us through our contact page and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days and we'll make it right.
