Once your kit is on its way, you get a tracking link, so you always know where it is. No guessing, no wondering, no checking the mailbox three times a day. Below is everything you need to set your expectations and settle in.

We ship across the United States and the United Kingdom. Every order travels tracked, so it stays accounted for from our hands to yours.
How long it takes
Because each kit is made to order, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 working days. The wait is the craft. When it arrives, an unhurried evening is waiting inside.
Tracking
As soon as your kit ships, we send a tracking link by email. You can follow it the whole way, so there is no wondering where your order has got to.
The calm promise
You have 30 days. If a kit arrives damaged, or if it simply does not help you unwind the way we hoped, tell us and we will make it right.
Worth the short wait
A made-to-order kit takes a little longer than something pulled off a shelf. We would rather be honest about that than rush it. In a week or so, a screen-free evening lands on your doorstep, and the only thing left to do is sit down, breathe, and start scratching.
